Maths Sample Term 4

I had to answer these maths questions and show my working out.  I am trying to use the most efficient strategy.

Staying safe around the water

 This blog post is about water safety.  Corrina came into our class to teach us about being safe around water.  We learnt to stay in a huddle with our lifejackets on.

Insects collage

We were learning about making a digital collage.

We created an insects to show what we have learned. I made a lady bag.

I found it easy to made legs.

I found it hard to made the body.

I really enjoyed using different textures.

Next time I need to make the dots smaller.

We were learning how to make a collage using Google Drawings.

We created a kiwi to show what we have learned.

I found it easy to make the kiwi because I knew what shapes and colours to use.

I found it hard to write the colours when using the Explore Tool.

I really enjoyed making the body because it was easy  and it looks good.

Next time I might try making a background.

Invitation for Greats and Grands

 Next term we are having our annual Greats and Grands day at Ohaeawai School.  I have created an invitation using Google Draw.

2 put your hands in the water

3 put soap on your hands

4 res the soap off your hands with water

5 dry your hands on a towll
